Children’s Ministry

At Eglise Evangelique Des Sanctifies, we believe that a strong spiritual foundation begins in childhood. Our Children’s Ministry provides a fun, engaging, and safe environment where children can learn about God’s love, the Bible, and how to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. We are passionate about teaching children who God is, how much He loves them, and how to apply biblical truths to their lives at a young age.

From the moment your child enters our Children’s Ministry, they will be welcomed by a team of caring volunteers who are dedicated to ensuring every child feels valued and known. We aim to help children understand that they are important members of our church family and that God has a unique plan and purpose for their lives, even at a young age.

Our Mission

The mission of the Children’s Ministry is to partner with parents in nurturing the spiritual growth of their children. We strive to introduce children to the truths of Scripture, encouraging them to love God with all their hearts and follow Jesus in their daily lives. We do this through age-appropriate Bible lessons, creative activities, interactive worship, and special events that engage children in a way they can understand and enjoy.

We recognize that children are at a critical stage of development, both spiritually and emotionally, and we aim to support their growth by creating a community where they can explore their faith, ask questions, and begin building a personal relationship with God.

What to Expect

In our Children’s Ministry, each Sunday is an exciting opportunity for kids to dive into the Bible through dynamic and interactive lessons specifically designed for their age group. We make learning about God fun and relevant by incorporating storytelling, worship, arts and crafts, games, and hands-on activities that bring Bible stories to life.

Children learn best when they are actively engaged, so we create a space where they can participate in discussions, share their thoughts, and learn from their peers. Each lesson is tailored to help children apply biblical teachings to their everyday lives, whether it’s learning about kindness, honesty, or trusting in God.

Programs Include:

• Sunday School: Age-appropriate Bible teaching that focuses on foundational Christian truths and lessons from the Old and New Testaments.
• Children’s Church: A special worship service designed just for kids, where they can engage in worship through songs, prayer, and interactive Bible lessons.
• Vacation Bible School (VBS): An exciting week of learning, games, and activities held annually in the summer, where children dive deep into biblical themes in a fun, camp-like setting.
• Special Events: Throughout the year, we host holiday celebrations, family fun days, and outreach events that give children opportunities to grow spiritually while having fun and building relationships with their peers.

Partnering with Parents

We believe that parents are the primary spiritual leaders in their children’s lives, and our role is to come alongside you to support and equip you in that role. Through our Children’s Ministry, we offer resources and guidance to help parents continue teaching biblical values at home. Whether it’s sharing family devotionals, providing take-home materials, or offering parenting workshops, we are committed to partnering with you in the spiritual formation of your child.

Safety and Security

Your child’s safety is our top priority. All of our Children’s Ministry volunteers are carefully screened, and we have a comprehensive child safety policy in place to ensure that your child is cared for in a safe and secure environment. We also utilize a check-in/check-out system to give parents peace of mind, knowing their children are in good hands while they attend services.
